Nata nel 1995, in questi anni ha mantenuto fede a alcuni orientamenti etici e pratici. Il primo è la continuità. Si possono avere belle idee di partenza, ma poi bisogna realizzarle con la tenacia e l’impegno quotidiano. Il secondo è la proposta. Il contrasto alle mafie e alla corruzione non può reggersi solo sull’indignazione: deve seguire la proposta e il progetto. Il terzo è stato il “noi”, cioè la condivisione e la corresponsabilità. Le mafie e la corruzione sono un problema non solo criminale ma sociale e culturale, da affrontare unendo le forze.

الفصول التالية عبارة عن أوراق مختارة باللغة العربية تم تقديمها في المؤتمر الدولي الرابع والعشرين لجامعة دار الكلمة حول الثقافة والتحول الرقمي، الذي عقد في ليماسول – قبرص يومي ١٠ و ١١ يونيو/حزيران ٢٠٢٢. تم تنظيم المؤتمر من قبل الجامعة والمنتدى الأكاديمي المسيحي للمواطنة في العالم العربي، وحضره ٦٥ أكاديميًا وفنانًا من ١٧ دولة. هدف المؤتمر إلى تعزيز المناهج النقدية ومتعددة التخصصات والحوار بين المشاركين من مختلف المجالات والخلفيات حول أحدث التطورات والتحديات والاتجاهات المستقبلية في التحول الرقمي والثقافة في جنوب غرب آسيا وشمال إفريقيا

Après le succès de la première édition du Prix CDC du juriste au service de l’intérêt général remis à Guillaume Heim, la Caisse des Dépôts souhaite, cette année encore, récompenser par un prix un juriste talentueux, désireux de manifester sa conviction et d’exprimer ses talents autour de l’intérêt général.

Le concours est ouvert à tout étudiant (e) :
-inscrit en 2023 en 3ème cycle (Master II) dans une faculté de droit,
-d’un Institut d’études politiques (IEP),
-préparant le concours ou admis au sein d’une école de la fonction publique (ENM, INSP, IRA, etc.),
-d’une école d’avocats,
-ou d’une école de commerce ayant choisi une spécialisation en droit.
